Terms of service for ReachAPI

Acceptance

ReachAPI is provided and operated by Reachjunction Media Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ReachAPI websites, dashboards, APIs, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

ReachAPI provides AI API access and related account, documentation, and operational capabilities for developers and organizations. We may update, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for business, security, or compliance reasons.

Accounts and Security

  1. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and API keys.
  3. You are responsible for all activity under your account, except where caused by our breach.
  4. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or key leakage.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReachAPI in compliance with applicable laws and not to:

  • violate laws or third-party rights
  • abuse, disrupt, or interfere with service security or availability
  • bypass authentication, rate limits, or technical restrictions
  • reverse engineer or unlawfully access systems or code
  • resell, sublicense, or misuse services beyond authorized scope
  • use the service for harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes

Third-Party and Upstream Services

ReachAPI may integrate third-party or upstream model providers. Your use may also be subject to their terms and policies. Changes in third-party services, pricing, or policies may affect ReachAPI functionality and billing.

Fees and Payments

  • Paid features require payment under the applicable pricing page, order form, or contract.
  • Billing cycles, invoicing, and tax treatment follow the selected plan or agreement.
  • Except where required by law or expressly agreed, fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or limitation of service.

Intellectual Property

ReachAPI and related materials, including software, documentation, trademarks, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit them.

Availability and Changes

We use reasonable efforts to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features, limits, pricing, or service terms as needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReachAPI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the total fees you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for security risks, non-payment, legal compliance, or material breaches of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the ReachAPI contracting entity. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, submitted to the competent court or agreed dispute resolution forum.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page unless stated otherwise. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
